Introduction of Ginkgo Nut Shelling Machine

The sheller machine is used for shelling ginkgo nuts. It is composed of shelling systems and wast discharging systems. Ginkgo or other suitable beans are funneled into the shelling system and subjected to strong grinding to separate the shell from the pulp. Then the strong suction from the shelling system causes the separated waste shell (lighter than flesh) to enter the shelling system discharged.

Structure of the Ginkgo Peeling Machine

A. Shelling system: it consists of feeding hopper, grinding wheel cover, fixed grinding wheel, movable grinding wheel and motor.

B. Waste shell discharge system: exhaust fan, exhaust fan cover protection device, exhaust pipe, shell under funnel, motor.

C. Fixing and collecting device: rack, collector, motor floor
