The rotary frying pan is turned to the wok by the motor. The meat floss is loosened in the pot with a fixed scraper. The bottom of the pan is heated with a clean petroleum liquefied gas, and the bottom of the pan is pressed by the scraper so that the meat does not stick to the bottom of the pan. The advantage of the pan-roo wok is that the heating is uniform, the operator does not collide with the scraper during the frying, and the discharging is quick and convenient.
